We stand behind the products we sell. All our merchandise is brand new in the original manufacturer's packaging.
For all masks, just like all other sellers, we have a no return policy due to safety reasons. However, if you get wrong or defective items, please contact us so we can make it right by sending the right items.
For any of our bedding or general merchandise returns, please contact us within 7 days. Please note that there will be 25%-35% restocking fee for those returns.
Our custom printed items are custom designed especially for you or your customers so they are not returnable. Custom printed orders cannot be cancelled once we start the process of making them. If we make a mistake in printing (wrong image, wrong color/size, wrong item, misprint in an area completely different from what you gave us and for printing defects) we will reprint and reship your order if contacted within 7 days of receiving them. We are not responsible if you gave us the wrong item or artwork.
All product returns must be processed with a Return Authorization Number (RMA #). No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA #. The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
